At first glance this doesn't seem to be much to report on. I read English news about Japan all the time. This is the first article I've come across in Ikebukuro--where I work. People had talked about it just the other day, in the employee lounge, so this one stood out to me. A woman jumped to her death, but landed on a man.

Could this be the same woman I saw last month, chickening out from a jump at the nearby train station? Probably not.
